why Paul immediately says we do show the Lord’s death & what it means to be unworthy.

>>.

For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread:

And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me.

After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me.

For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.

To take the Lord’s Supper worthily one must show forth the Lord’s death with some interest in understanding what that means, for God says in ISAIAH 27:11 if we are a people of no understanding God will have no favor or mercy on us. The bread & juice are separate because they show the essence of what made Jesus’s death a sacrifice which was the separation from his life, which life is the blood which blood is his Father Jehovah. The blood is what reconciles us to God because the blood of Jesus is God.

___ Paul says ALL PEOPLE who take the Lord’s Supper show the Lord’s death, however it is likely that many take it unworthily. The reason for this is that what death is Paul referring to? The physical death of Jesus or some other form of death Jesus suffered? It is firstly referring to a type of spiritual death Jesus suffered, in which only his faith (symbolized by his bones not being broken) remained, while his Christ aspect who is His Father & his blood, remained in him reconciling the world unto himself, but that Jesus suffered the experience of losing any functional sensation of that true life still in him, even as one would bleed out, but remain in a pool of his blood at the same time.

_____ So to take this now glorified sacrifice worthily, one must have some sense of the need for being worthy, & since it is not in our own power to make ourselves worthy, there must be some “reasoning together with God,” ISA1:18, stating firstly our desire & need for the Lord’s Supper, & make our requests known to God, that God make us not only imputed to be worthy, but really in all realtime fact & face value worthy, as tasting the power of the world to come, which is the love of God which passes all understanding & fulfills the law in us: which law is obeying the gospel & our Lord Jesus. Most obedience can only be done through being a vessel meet & fit for the master’s use, which entails performing the signs wonders & miracles Jesus told us we will do. The laws of God are all written as promises & therefore prefaced with the words “you shall,” & cannot be fulfilled “as paid in full” except by miracle working power flowing through us.

__ To get a better understanding of this how we need to be receptive to the impulses of God which he sends into us by taking the body & blood of Jesus, one should observe what happened to Jesus the moment he took the bread & wine: he began to change, & he said shortly afterwards “my soul is exceedingly sorrowful even unto death,” & not long after Jesus was in the garden of Gethsemane sweating what Luke described as great drops of clotted blood which fell all the way to the earth! THIS WAS NOT PHYSICAL BLOOD BUT THE SUPERNATURAL BLOOD OF JEHOVAH! —How does this apply to us? It shows how we should be changed by the taking of the Lord’s supper, if we are the bride of Jesus, we must be compatible with our husband Jesus. Paul says that human physical marriage is a picture of Christ & the church. The Lord’s Supper, if we are emptied from the world, & sanctified & justified in our faith by any association we have allowed ourselves with the world & it’s media, & we have made ourselves hungry & thirsty for Jesus by forsaking all other gods, & distractions & weights & sins, then taking the Lord’s Supper should have a comparable effect on us, as it did on Jesus, which is not in our case that we shed his blood, because Jesus shed his blood so we could have that blood, but that we recognize the importance of having his blood which is his life in us, & have some sense of the terribleness of the very thought of ever losing that blood! To be Jesus’s bride & someone that Jesus desires, as in song of Solomon it uses physical descriptions like breasts as towers, & being like a wall, & then we find favor in the eyes of Jesus. This is to symbolize that we feed the world the pure milk of the word, as Jesus said, if you love me, feed my sheep, & so Jesus is saying to be a tower of refuge for feeding the sheep, & to be my help meet to be like that wall in the new Jerusalem called my wife, because as my wife, you need to become made out of a new & heavenly material found only in that great city. To be like Jesus, we must be like him in being intercessors, as he ever lives to make intercession for us. We must have Jesus’s love flowing through us so sufficiently as to live up to God’s standards against satan, & so as we get a better sight of Jesus & desire to see him as he is, we are in a rapidly growing way, becoming like him, but in the capacity of being a suitable bride for him, who is useful for Jesus which is what kindness is. Unkind people are also useless people, who serve only themselves, while Jesus said to be greatest you must be servant of all.

______ God says in LEV17:11 the life of all flesh is in the blood: but for this to be a saving life in us, this life must come through an active & deliberate & constant turning unto Jesus as the God before us, who alone can lead us to his own God & Father. God is the life in all blood but only through our mediator Jesus: the cost of this was that Jesus had to taste eternal death on the cross by the temporary loss of that life in his blood, though as ISAIAH says God forsook him but for a moment. This short time after taking the last supper was so treacherous to Jesus, that Jesus had to prepare for it his whole life, as training for the olympics, & learned by the things he suffered, & was heard in that he feared, as being a man of sorrows & acquainted with grief. Had things not been so difficult all Jesus’s life, enduring hardness as a good soldier for his Father, the fact Jesus had to meet the devil as it were in a ring like a wrestler, while the devil remained in all his power, with Jesus being reduced to the most basic of faith only symbolized as dry bones, & his mind stayed on the Father as his only source of peace, this all would have been too much for Jesus, because the slightest degree of any worldly “fat” on Jesus would have made his feet slip in that most crucial of all moments.

_____ We too must be therefore crucified with Christ as his loving bride, to show unity with him in all he underwent, as Paul exhorts us to make it the one thing needful to be determined to know nothing but Jesus & him crucified: & to even be crucified with Christ so his life can live in us as our own life. It should be a daily reflection to prepare to finally meet the Lord face to face, to contemplate what it really took for Jesus to be our sacrifice for sin, & that we must never cause the Lord to remove his benefits from us through anything the Lord must declare as willful sin.

______ But the blood in the Lord’s Supper is life in itself because the blood is God himself: even the blood of Jehovah called Elohim. So the bleeding Jesus experienced on a soul level was worse than his physical bleeding. What did this mean to the only man (only genetic son) WHO IS MADE SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ANGELS to be bled dry of God which made him no longer remember why he was suffering, & made him ask God why have you forsaken me? And to THIRST FOR THE WATER OF LIFE MORE THAN HIS PHYSICAL THIRST! We, only if we are eternally saved & safely in heaven are made EQUAL TO THE ANGELS:: but here is a man “MADE SO MUCH BETTER THAN ALL ANGELS COMBINED” that it’s beyond comprehension! What suffering did it cause Jesus to be forsaken of the father, after a whole lifetime of being “A MAN OF SORROWS & ACQUAINTED WITH GRIEF?” All those previous pains then became all like festering wounds devouring his soul: BECAUSE GOD’S PRESENCE WAS HIS ONLY COMFORT & MEANS TO DEAL WITH HIS LONELINESS! The physical suffering of his whips were all laced with God’s purest wrath, as “GOD LAID ON HIM THE INIQUITY OF US ALL!”

God HIMSELF is the only righteousness & so pain only needed to exist because of the devil who REQUIRED it to exist, & JOB 33 says “27He looketh upon men, and if any say, I have sinned, and perverted that which was right, and it profited me not;

28He will deliver his soul from going into the pit, and his life shall see the light.
